30-day return request window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please email callmeanytimedude@gmail.com before returning anything. Every return must be approved first — items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly printed items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or printed incorrectly, email us with your order number and photos. We'll review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Made-to-order restrictions

Because every CMAD piece is printed on demand just for you, some returns are limited:

• Wrong size selected: please check the size chart and CMAD Fit Tip before ordering. Size exchanges or returns for an incorrect size choice are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
• Change of mind: returns because you changed your mind are not guaranteed and are reviewed case by case.
• Customized items: items customized to your request are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or printed incorrectly.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
