CMAD stands for Call Me Anytime Dude. It's the kind of thing a real friend says — and means. It's a promise that someone is there, whatever time it is and whatever you're going through.

So many people carry things quietly. We believe talking about mental health should feel normal, and that reaching out — or being reached out to — should never feel like a burden.
